    1. Customization
    • Please provide us the name of the person for printing on box & chocolates. Upload photo to be printed on the box.
    • Message on Butter Paper: You can also give us a message to be printed and placed inside the box. Please note that it is not possible to print emojis and other symbols. Use plain text only.
    • Please fill the details carefully (name, message and photo). Once the order is confirmed these cannot be changed. The gift will be made exactly as per the design shown.
    • Preview of your gift will not be available.

     

    1. Delivery & Shipping details
    • Delivery – 3-7 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee deliver on a specific date.
    • Shipping – We ship through reliable third party courier service and we shall share the tracking id with you as soon as the product is picked up. You can then track the shipment online.
    • Kindly provide an address where someone would be available at all times since our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order. Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays. Redirection to any other address is not possible.
    • Packaging – The chocolate box is packed properly in thermocol box so that the chocolate boxes remain intact during transit. We ensure that you receive the chocolate boxes in perfect condition.
    • Storage Instructions – Once you receive the box please keep in a cool and dry place. Ideal temperature below 25 degree Celsius. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.

     

    1. Cancellation and Returns
    • Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
    • If your order has been inordinately delayed or you receive a wrong product kindly reach out to partyshikari@gmail.com
    • Our advertisements / product images feature images of models taken from image libraries / subscription services.

     

    4   Chocolate details

    • Total number of chocolates in a box 6 nos.
    • The chocolates are 100% vegetarian.
    • Size of printed chocolate – The shape of the chocolate is rectangle. The weight of each piece is approx. 11 gm
    • Print on Chocolates – Edible ink is used to print on the chocolates. It is safe for consumption. The chocolates are made from a combination. Top layer is white chocolate while the bottom layer is dark chocolate.
    • Please note that this is an edible product and print on chocolates might be affected in a few cases. The product will still remain safe for consumption.
    • Best Before – We recommend that the chocolates be consumed within 6 months.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All the Decoration bookings will be for the above mentioned rental duration.
  • You need to ensure necessary arrangements like venue, sufficient time, power, and ladders are provided on time for a smooth flow of work.
  • Balance payment should be cleared once the decoration is finished.
  • Decoration items Except balloons and flowers are on a Rental basis only.
  • Incase if clients need to own any items or props as memory can discuss and buy it at an extra cost.
  • For any customizations apart from the package will be charged accordingly.
  • Any damage to any of the decoration items, the Customer will be billed separately for the same, and cooperation is needed for the same.
  • Pre and post housekeeping services are not included in the package.
  • Package inclusions mentioned to be read properly before booking, Images would be for representation purpose only. Although 80 to 90% accuracy is always promised. Looks may vary from place to place.
  • Client needs to ensure permissions, copyrights, and authorities are obtained before booking.
  • Although our team follows all safety precautions, Any casualties arising at the venue. we cannot be held responsible for the same.

  • Supporting Items like Ladder to complete decoration should be provided.
  • Non stop power supply is compulsory at the venue to complete the decoration on time.
  • Cake table needs to be provided by the customer.
  • For setup and removal of Items sufficient time should be provided.
  • Client should ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights are obtained to arrange the selected decoration.
  • Chair arrangements, Pre and post housekeeping should be taken by the client.
  • For any customization please speak to the team well in advance.
  • Rental duration for all decoration is standard 4hours. If needed extra hours to be discussed on additional charges.
